So I happened across a site with a series of art journaling prompts while I was doing some prepping for an upcoming course I’m teaching, And what a gem that lil’ discovery was! Seriously, if you’re a mom who often feels hurried, rushed, frenzied, or all of the above, this week’s post especially (just click the title to open the link) has a prompt that you can do with your kiddos (yup, right alongside ’em), that’ll help you to slow down and breathe in the joy of the moment. It doesn’t require much in the way of time or materials. Pull out a sheet of notebook paper and a pencil or crayon. Simple stuff. Simple pleasures. Lasting memories. Forever treasured.
